Mark founded Fern Creek Ventures in 2012, bringing more than three decades of capital-markets experience to a focused Bay Area venture capital advisory practice. He built his foundation at Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, and Drexel Burnham, developing the discipline and judgment that define the firm today. He holds a BA from Vanderbilt University.

Today, Mark works exclusively with a small number of fund managers, founders, and qualified investors across the San Francisco Bay Area, bringing a practitioner's eye, deep relationships, and AI-sharpened tools to every venture capital placement and private markets engagement.
